Your orders, automatically connected
When linen orders need to be entered, approved, processed and invoiced across separate systems, small administrative tasks can quickly add up.
The Bundle Connect and Purchase Plus integration creates a more connected workflow.
Housekeeping teams can continue placing orders through Purchase Plus. Once an order receives internal approval, it can automatically flow into Bundle Connect for processing without requiring the same information to be entered again.
Once the order is fulfilled, Bundle generates the invoice and sends it back into Purchase Plus, where it can be matched against the relevant purchase order.
Less duplication. Less double handling. A smoother process from order to invoice.

How the integration works
1. Place the order
The housekeeper creates the linen order through Purchase Plus as part of their normal procurement process.
2. Approve the order
The order follows the organisation's existing internal approval workflow in Purchase Plus.
3. Send it automatically to Bundle Connect
Once approved, the order flows directly into Bundle Connect without requiring duplicate manual entry.
4. Process and fulfil the order
The linen provider receives the approved order in Bundle Connect and processes it through the usual operational workflow.
5. Generate the invoice
Once fulfilment is complete, Bundle generates the relevant invoice.
6. Match the invoice with the PO
The invoice flows back into Purchase Plus, where it can be matched against the corresponding purchase order for processing.
Cut the manual admin between procurement and fulfilment
The value of integration is not simply having two systems connected. It is removing the repetitive work that happens between them.
Without an integrated workflow, order information may need to be copied between platforms, purchase order details checked manually and invoices reconciled after fulfilment.
Bundle Connect + Purchase Plus helps simplify that process by allowing approved information to move automatically between procurement and linen operations.
Reduce duplicate data entry
Approved orders can move directly from Purchase Plus into Bundle Connect, helping teams avoid entering the same information twice.
Simplify PO and invoice matching
Invoices can be returned to Purchase Plus and matched against the corresponding purchase order.
Speed up order processing
Orders can move into fulfilment as soon as the appropriate approval process is complete.
Work within existing processes
Customers can continue using the Purchase Plus workflows their teams already know rather than introducing another separate ordering process.
Keep procurement and linen operations connected
Purchase Plus manages procurement and approvals while Bundle Connect manages the operational side of the linen order.
Reduce double-handling.
Fewer manual handovers mean a cleaner flow of information between housekeeping, management, linen providers and accounts teams.
Designed for hospitality operations in Australia and New Zealand
For hospitality organisations already using Purchase Plus, linen ordering can now become part of a more connected procurement process.
Housekeepers continue using a familiar system. Managers retain their existing approval controls. Linen providers receive approved orders directly within Bundle Connect.
Instead of creating another layer of administration, the integration connects the systems already responsible for different stages of the process.
That means less time transferring information and more continuity from the initial linen request through to fulfilment and invoicing.

Client success stories
"The transition to Bundle has been instrumental in Allied Laundry continuing to drive change and business improvement by providing real-time customer ordering information, streamlined ordering, and billing processes and have enabled a considerable reduction in staff time. The system has been a real success story for Allied Laundry."
Mark Mabbet
Allied Laundry Service
"No question is a stupid question in the eyes of the Bundle team. Their customer service, expertise and knowledge ensured a smooth transition for me when I purchased my business. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate, while syncing seamlessly with my accounts package."
Geraldine Minogue
Associated Laundry Services
Since the transition from a manual, paper-driven system to Bundle, the time spent managing orders through to invoicing has been reduced by some 75%. From an administrative perspective, it is far easier to track the progress of orders, respond to queries (and resupply dockets).
The management abilities for individual account needs with set days, recurring orders, fixing cut-off times, adding notes to orders and pick-ups means that all relevant persons have the same information.
Customer support is also given a high priority and queries and concerns are met promply and efficiently.

Better connected systems. Simpler operations
Technology does not always need to replace the systems an organisation already uses.
Often, the greater opportunity is making those systems work together.
The Bundle Connect + Purchase Plus integration connects customer procurement with linen fulfilment, creating a smoother flow of information between the people requesting linen, those approving the purchase and the teams responsible for processing the order.
For organisations looking to reduce repetitive administration and simplify their linen ordering workflow, that connection can make everyday processes easier to manage.
